Use the **Forgot Password** link on the login page. You will receive an email with a reset link. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

## Session expiry

Your session expires after a period of inactivity. When that happens you are redirected to the login page with a session-expired message; sign in again to continue.

## Who creates accounts

You do not create your own account. Administrators create staff accounts from **Account Management**, which sends an invitation email so each person can set their own password. See [Managing staff accounts](/administrator/managing-accounts).

If you need an account, contact your system administrator.
