# Managing employees (HR)

> Employee management for HR users, scoped to your client.

As an HR user you have full employee management capabilities for your assigned client: create, edit, deactivate, and bulk import employee records.

  Navigate to **Employees** from the sidebar under **People**.

## What you can do

The employee directory works exactly as described in [Managing employees](/administrator/managing-employees): search and filter, create and edit records, set garment sizes, bulk import via CSV, and deactivate.

## Your scope

Your view is limited to your assigned client:

* You see employees across all of your client's stores, and no others
* Imports and edits apply only to your client's employees
* Stores in the import must belong to your client

  If an employee record exists in another client, you will not be able to see or edit it. Contact an Administrator if that looks wrong.
