# Reports (HR)

> Spend and replacement-due reporting for HR users.

HR users have access to spend and replacement-due reports for their client's stores. The reports themselves are described once, in [Reports overview](/reports/overview); this page covers what HR can see.

  Navigate to **Reports** from the sidebar under **Reporting**.

## What HR can access

* **Store & Regional Spend Report**: per-store uniform spending across your client, with a regional summary
* **Replacement Due Report**: employees whose replacement cycle date has been reached, useful for planning new allocations

Both reports can be exported as CSV with the **Export** button on the relevant tab.

* **Production Requirements Report**: primarily for Administrators; visible to HR only if permissions allow

  Reports are scoped to your client. Data from other clients is not visible.
