# Viewing store employees

> Browse the employees at your store and their sizing status.

As a Store Manager you can view all employees assigned to your store.

  Navigate to **Employees** from the sidebar under **Store**.

## Employee list

Search by employee number or name. The list shows:

| Column               | Description                                        |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------- |
| **Employee No.**     | 7-digit unique identifier                          |
| **Name**             | First name and surname                             |
| **Position**         | Job title                                          |
| **Department**       | Assigned department                                |
| **Start Date**       | Employment start date                              |
| **Uniform Category** | The employee's category, which drives entitlements |
| **Sizing**           | Whether garment sizes have been set                |

## Employee details

Click an employee's name to view their details: contact information, department and manager, uniform category, and garment sizes.

## What you can and cannot do

Employee access is view-only for Store Managers:

* **View**: employee details, sizing profiles, and entitlement status
* **Cannot create, edit, or deactivate**: those actions belong to HR or Admin

  Garment sizes are used when you place orders. If an employee is missing sizing, contact HR to have their sizes set before ordering.
