Viewing store employees - MUZE Uniform Portal

As a Store Manager you can view all employees assigned to your store.

Navigate to Employees from the sidebar under Store.

Employee list

Search by employee number or name. The list shows:

Column	Description
Employee No.	7-digit unique identifier
Name	First name and surname
Position	Job title
Department	Assigned department
Start Date	Employment start date
Uniform Category	The employee’s category, which drives entitlements
Sizing	Whether garment sizes have been set

Click an employee’s name to view their details: contact information, department and manager, uniform category, and garment sizes.

Employee access is view-only for Store Managers:

Garment sizes are used when you place orders. If an employee is missing sizing, contact HR to have their sizes set before ordering.
