Audit logs

Entity Type: Employee, Order, Store, and others
Action: Create, Update, Delete
Actor: the user who performed the action

The audit log records every significant action in the system: who did what, when, and what changed. It is available only to Administrators.

Navigate to Audit Logs from the sidebar under System.

Viewing audit logs

Column	Description
Action	What was performed (Create, Update, Delete)
Entity Type	The record type affected (Employee, Order, Store, and so on)
Entity ID	The specific record
Actor	The user who performed the action
Timestamp	When it occurred
Changes	Before and after values (for updates)

Narrow the trail with the filter controls:

Each update entry stores the previous state (before) and the new state (after), so you can see exactly what changed.
