Products are the uniform items available for ordering: shirts, trousers, jackets, safety shoes, and more. Each product has a type, colour, sizes, and price.
Navigate to Products & Catalogue from the sidebar under Catalogue, then select the Products tab.

Search by name or SKU, and filter by type.

Product types

MUZE supports the following product types: Golfer, Shirt, Trousers, Jersey, Jacket, Safety Shoe, Chinos, Blouse, Skirt, Pants, Chef Jacket, Chef Pants, Headwear, Apron, T-Shirt, Dustcoat, Vest, Conti Jacket, Conti Pants, Other

Creating a product

Open the create dialog

Click Create on the Products tab.

Enter product details

  • SKU: unique product code
  • Type: select from the dropdown
  • Name: display name
  • Colour: product colour
  • Price: in cents (R225.00 is entered as 22500)
  • Sizes: comma-separated list (for example XS,S,M,L,XL)

Save

Click Save to create the product.
Prices are entered in cents, not Rands. A product costing R225.00 is entered as 22500.

Editing a product

  1. Find the product in the table.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Update the fields (sizes can be replaced entirely) and click Save.

Bulk importing products

Products are bulk imported from the Data Import Hub. The import accepts SKU, type, name, colour, price (in cents), and sizes, and assigns products to uniform categories during the import.

Uploading product images

Images are uploaded in bulk from the Product Images card on the Data Import Hub. Name each file to match the product SKU (for example SHIRT-001.jpg); each file is matched and linked to its product.

Deactivating products

Select products and click Deactivate in the bulk toolbar. Deactivated products are hidden from active views but preserved in historical order data.
