System Settings let Administrators configure organisation-level preferences. Available only to Administrators.
Navigate to Settings from the sidebar under System.

MUZE organisation

These settings control how MUZE information appears on documents, particularly the Sales Order PDF:

Toggles that enable or disable notification channels per event type.

Updating settings

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Update the value.
  3. Changes save automatically.
Changes to MUZE organisation settings take effect on new Sales Order documents. Existing documents are not updated retroactively.

Client-level settings

One related setting is configured per client rather than here: Entitlement Enforcement, which switches a client between free flow (off, the default) and strict entitlement handling (on). Set it when creating or editing a client (see Managing clients).
